Job Summary

Lead and manage restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold health and safety standards in a dynamic dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and lead service staff to ensure efficient and motivated team performance
• Greet guests warmly, resolve complaints promptly, and enhance the overall guest dining experience
• Track inventory levels accurately, order supplies timely, and manage vendor relationships to maintain stock availability
• Open and close the venue following operational procedures, oversee floor service, and balance the cash register daily
• Maintain compliance with health, hygiene, and local food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
