Job Description:

• Assist with student misconduct investigations and prepare reports.
• Conduct student interviews and review relevant evidence.
• Support student rehabilitation and guidance programmes.
• Conduct regular student check-ins and monitor progress.
• Engage with parents/guardians on student support matters.
• Conduct school walkabouts to prevent misconduct and rule violations.
• Maintain confidential student records and case documentation.
• Coordinate with school staff and external agencies when required

Requirements:

• Diploma from a local polytechnic or equivalent, preferably in a related field.
• Minimum 2years’ relevant experience working with youth.
• Minimum 2years’ experience in investigations or case management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage student incidents, disputes and emergencies professionally.
• Good report writing and documentation skills.
• Able to build trust and work effectively with students, parents and staff.
