We're Hiring | Data Engineer – Business Intelligence & Dashboards | Singapore

Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights? We're looking for a talented Data Engineer – Business Intelligence & Dashboards to join our team and build impactful analytics solutions that support business decision-making.

Location: Central, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP (Subject to Security Clearance)

Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Singapore PR, and Valid Work Pass Holders

Salary: Up to SGD 9,500/month (All-Inclusive, based on relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.

Translate business needs into technical data specifications.

Design and develop curated datasets and data models using Amazon Redshift.

Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

Perform data transformation, validation, and quality checks to ensure accurate reporting.

Maintain data catalogues, business glossary, and technical documentation.

Deliver intuitive dashboards that empower business users with self-service analytics.

Required Skills

️ 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.

️ Strong SQL skills for querying, transformation, and data modelling.

️ Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Amazon QuickSight.

️ Experience with AWS data services including Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, and AWS Glue.

️ Strong understanding of data modelling (Star Schema & Dimensional Modelling).

️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

️ Python for data transformation and automation.

️ AWS Glue Data Catalogue and metadata management.

️ Salesforce or other SaaS data integration experience.

️ Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.

️ Experience working on Singapore Government or Public Sector projects is an advantage.
