Job description

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the outlet ensuring excellent customer service, supply reliability, regulatory compliance and ongoing process improvements.
• Execute action plans for events.
• Ensure smooth running of outlet operations and seamless customer service.
• Skilled manager in customer enquiry / issue.
• Supply and order management and mitigate supply risks.
• Act as the key operational liaison between Management, Retail, Finance & external stakeholders.
• Promote teamwork, co-operation & harmonious relationship among staff.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, goods delivery & online orders.
• Ensure accurate daily closing of sales and receipts reconciliation.
• Improve & implement processes for greater work efficiency.
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualification & Work Experience:

• Min. O level or Diploma in related discipline with a flair for retail operations and customer service.
• Min. 2-years work experience in a bespoke service or food & beverage industry.
• Proficient in Mandarin in order to liaise with overseas vendors.
• Good team player and can work independently.
• Organized, meticulous, proactive & have ‘can-do’ attitude.
