Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of our beauty and slimming centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the centre’s operations, employees, customer service standards and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the beauty and slimming centre.
• Lead, supervise and manage beauticians, therapists and customer-service staff.
• Prepare staff rosters and allocate daily duties according to operational requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate employees to maintain professional service standards.
• Monitor the centre’s sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable beauty, slimming and wellness programmes.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and service-recovery matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange the timely procurement of beauty products and operational supplies.
• Ensure that treatment rooms, equipment and common areas meet the required hygiene and safety standards.
• Prepare sales, operational, inventory and staff-performance reports for management.
• Plan suitable promotions, customer-retention programmes and business-development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other management duties necessary for the smooth operation of the centre.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or professional qualification in Beauty Therapy, Wellness, Massage Therapy, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the beauty, slimming, wellness or personal-care industry.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a beauty or wellness centre.
• Strong leadership, staff-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of beauty, slimming, wellness treatments and customer consultation procedures.
• Proven experience in managing sales targets, customer relationships and centre operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle customer feedback and operational issues independently.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays according to the duty roster.
