  • Coordinate and support IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects, including meeting room deployments, office expansions, relocations, system upgrades, cloud migration, cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Investigate complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, maintain technical documentation and SOPs, support junior team members, and recommend improvements to IT operations and user experience.
  • Provide PMO support by coordinating project plans, timelines, status reporting, documentation, risks, issues, action items, and stakeholder follow-ups to ensure smooth and timely project delivery

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk, end-user computing, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking, VPNs, printers, and end-user devices.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, endpoint security, patch management, and IT asset management.
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, customer service, documentation, and project coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with employees, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Willing to provide onsite support and assist with office IT activities, deployments, relocations, or projects when required.
