Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend site meetings and perform site measurements.
  • Prepare work schedules and monitor project costing.
  • Ensure work progresses smoothly and is completed within the target time.
  • Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and organize meeting to kick off projects with site personnel.
  • Ensure the profit margin is achieved according to target set.
  • Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans to address delays and maintain timeline.
  • Manage project costs, variations, claims, procurement, and subcontractor payments to control budget and cash flow.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning, defect rectification, and final handover to ensure project completion to client.
