Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Data entry and maintaining accurate accounting records
• Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare month-end closing activities, monthly management accounts, and balance sheet schedules
• Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash handling and balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers for annual audits
• File and organize financial documents and records

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work with financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements

Soft Skills:

• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Honest, responsible, and dependable

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Currently pursuing or planning to pursue professional certifications like ACCA, CPA, or MICPA (an advantage)

Experience:

• 2–5 years of working experience in accounting or finance role
