Full Time Accounts, HR - Admin Executive (Aviation Services) Jobs, salary up to SGD 6,500 in RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, leave management, employee records, training, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF, IRAS submissions, employment regulations, and coordination with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Provide administrative support, maintain company records and policies, and assist management with budgeting, reporting, and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience managing full set of accounts and the full spectrum of HR & Administration responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, employment regulations, and government compliance matters, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
