REFORM Hiring! Full Time Finance Manager in Selangor - Ricebowl

REFORM Group is growing, and we’re looking for a commercially driven Finance Manager to join our leadership team.

This is more than a traditional finance role.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the Group’s financial health while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive better commercial decisions, stronger cash flow, improved profitability and sustainable growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the Group’s financial performance, reporting and controls.

• Leading cash-flow, working-capital and collections management.

• Driving budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

• Providing insights into project, client and business profitability.

• Supporting commercial and strategic decision-making.

• Strengthening financial processes, governance and controls.

• Providing regional finance oversight as the Group continues to expand.

Who we’re looking for:  

Someone who is commercially minded, analytical and confident. Someone who doesn’t just report the numbers, but understands what they mean for the business.

You should have:

• 5–8+ years of relevant finance experience.

• 2–3+ years in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar management capacity.

• Strong experience in management accounting, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.

• Experience in an SME, entrepreneurial or high-growth environment.

• The confidence to work directly with senior leadership and challenge decisions constructively when needed.

Experience in marketing, creative, media, events, production, consulting, professional services or other project-based businesses would be an advantage.
