PERSOL APAC Hiring! Full Time Technical Support Engineer in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

1. Support the sales strategies and customer interactions of the outside sales team.
2. Develop and implement processes between the Sales and Solutions Engineering teams.
3. Coordinate and participate in technical demonstrations, presentations, and proposal development for customers and prospects.
4. Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
5. Identify customer requirements and pain points, and recommend solutions that effectively address their needs.
6. Prepare conceptual technical specifications for proposals and support the sales team during contract negotiations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
2. Strong understanding of automation solutions, including conveying systems, ASRS, goods-to-person systems, sortation, palletizing, depalletizing, piece picking, automated guided vehicles (AGVs/AMRs), and industrial/collaborative robots.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
