Qualification Required

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in written and oral English is essential. 
• Possess a sound knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws including Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967. 

Job Description

• To responsible in all aspects of human resource function which include employee relations & discipline, payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development and performance appraisal administration. 
• To implement human resource policies and procedures in line with the organization’s needs. 
• Handling industrial relations matters relating to staff discipline, grievances, and counseling, domestic inquiries, employee welfare and other activities when required.
• To ensure all company licenses, approvals, certificates, road taxes, insurances are updated and valid at all time, and to liaise with relevant authorities or companies for any new application, renewal, inspection or etc.
• To create and maintain forms and records for all administrative requirement
