Description

1) Check on Work order approved before issue materials, equipment and tools

2) Issue materials, equipment and tools based on work order

3) Keep records on all material, equipment and tools issued

4) Keep inventory records on all materials, equipment and tools.

5) Keep records on Asset Disposal

6) Keep records on new Asset and new equipment

7) Prepare all records updated at all times

8) Keep the store organised at all times

9) Keep the store clean at all times

10) Yearly external & internal audit for the store

Working hour Monday to Friday. 9am to 6pm.

Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm.
