Job Summary

Plan, organize, and manage construction site activities to ensure projects meet cost, quality, timeline, and safety objectives. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, project teams, and authorities to deliver projects efficiently and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize site setup and sequential job activities to ensure smooth project execution aligned with cost, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction goals
• Manage project schedules and resolve technical issues to maintain progress and meet deadlines
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work adheres to project schedules
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections with project teams, site staff, and contractors to monitor progress and quality compliance
• Liaise with relevant authorities to secure necessary permits and licenses for project execution
• Oversee site progress to ensure timely project delivery
• Implement cost control measures and ensure compliance with project quality standards
• Enforce Work Safety and Health practices on site to maintain a safe working environment
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Director
