Job Description / Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company's daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
• Plan manpower requirements and ensure adequate deployment of cleaners and supervisors.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, work assignments and operational requirements.
• Manage cleaning contracts and ensure services are delivered according to agreed specifications.
• Liaise with clients regarding cleaning standards, operational requirements, feedback and service issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor overall service quality.
• Supervise Cleaning Operations Executives, Supervisors and cleaning personnel.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, performance and deployment.
• Ensure sufficient cleaning materials, equipment, machinery and PPE are available at each site.
• Coordinate procurement and control usage of cleaning chemicals and consumables.
• Prepare operational reports, manpower reports and site performance records.
• Assist management with quotations, contract costing and operational budgeting.
• Ensure cleaning activities comply with company procedures, workplace safety requirements and applicable NEA requirements.
• Investigate operational complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct staff briefings and coordinate required training.
• Support recruitment and manpower planning for new and existing cleaning contracts.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by management.
