Job Responsibilities:

Final Product Inspection and Quality Verification

• Conduct final inspections on finished products in accordance with inspection standards, control plans, and sampling requirements before shipment. Verify product appearance, functionality, labelling, packaging, and documentation to ensure all outgoing products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Non-conforming Product Control and Quality Improvement

• Promptly identify, record, and report non-conforming products found during final inspection. Implement containment actions such as segregation, labeling, and rejection of defective products, and coordinate with relevant departments for disposition. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions using quality tools such as 8D and 5 Why to prevent recurrence.

Cross-department Collaboration

• Work closely with Production, IPQC, OQC, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to resolve final inspection issues, support customer complaint investigations, and ensure timely product release. Perform other quality assurance and inspection tasks assigned by supervisors.
