Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers on manpower needs
• Act as HR point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace concerns
• Coordinate training, development programmes, and performance improvement initiatives
• Support managers in goal setting and performance monitoring
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Generate HR analytics reports covering turnover, hiring effectiveness, and workforce profile
• Support strategic HR initiatives and recruitment activities including career fairs and employer branding events

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
