• Provide general administrative support to the customer service team
• Handle data entry, documentation and updating of service records
• Coordinate and schedule technician appointments
• Process and track spare parts requests
• Follow up on service cases and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and assist with filing and other administrative tasks
• Liaise with customers and internal departments when required
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Training will be provided
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)
• Salary: Up to $2800
• Able to commit for 6 months contract (Subject to extension or conversion to perm)
Able to start work within short notice
