Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects.
- Assist in preparation of tender documents and procurement processes.
- Liaise with Contracts Manager in cost submissions, budgeting, and contracts documentation.
- Prepare cost estimates, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and internal departments to obtain information for costing and project administration.
- Assist in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Prepare supplier and subcontractor payment recommendations and related documentation.
- Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, correspondences, and project records.
- Take charge of managing site work and ensuring compliance to rules and regulation while working safely.
Company has experiences in doing a range of construction works with specialisation in Wet Trades.
