Due to growth, we’re looking for experienced IT Technical Support to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Maintain and support the Company’s IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, printers, servers, network devices and other IT equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of hardware, software and IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, software and business applications.
• Monitor and maintain the Company’s network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls and Internet connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, system, hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Provide first- and second-level technical support to users through on-site, remote and telephone support.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, access rights, security groups and other IT system permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365 and cloud applications, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and related services.
• Support endpoint management and security tools, including device management, antivirus/EDR, system updates and security policies.
• Provide IT support for new staff onboarding, including computer setup, email accounts, system access, software installation and required IT equipment.
• Support employee offboarding, including account deactivation, access removal, equipment collection and data-related procedures.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and health checks of IT equipment and network systems to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot printing, scanning, network printing and cloud printing issues.
• Maintain proper records of IT assets, equipment, software licences, warranties, user assignments and maintenance activities.
• Manage and update IT tickets, incidents and service requests, ensuring issues are properly documented and followed up until resolution.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers and contractors for repairs, upgrades, maintenance and technical support when required.
• Assist with the installation, upgrading, migration and implementation of new IT systems, equipment and software.
• Ensure regular data backup and assist in maintaining the security and integrity of Company data and IT systems.
• Monitor basic IT security measures, including antivirus protection, security updates, password controls, MFA and access permissions.
• Assist in identifying and resolving potential IT security risks and system vulnerabilities.
• Support telecommunication, mobile devices, company SIM cards and other technology-related systems where applicable.
• Provide basic IT guidance and user awareness on security, system usage and best practices.
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate IT team, system administrator or external vendor.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, troubleshooting procedures and SOPs.
• Keep updated on new technologies and recommend suitable IT solutions and improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Assist in IT asset procurement, equipment replacement and technology lifecycle management when required
