We are hiring Full Time Executive Admin Assistant

Location: High Street Plaza

Working Days: 5 days/week + 1 Sat (half day)

Working Hours: Office Hours Requirement

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work independently

• Profieciency, understanding and speaking in English

• Provide administrative support

• Purchasing & sourcing activities

• Making daily general administrative support to Admin and Finance Department.

• Other ad-hoc duties

• Collections of documents from banks and shipping companies
