Job Details

• Working hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Friday)

• Working Address: 18 Tuas Ave 5 Singapore 639342

• By own transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.

• Prepare and maintain production, delivery, and QC records.

• Assist with quality control (QC) checks and ensure products meet company standards.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to support daily operations.

• Update reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.

• Handle incoming enquiries and support internal communication.

• Assist in inventory documentation and stock record updates.

• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience; experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work in Tuas.
