Job Description:

• Reporting to QC Leader/ QA Executive / QA Manager.
• To verify cleanliness of production line prior productions start up.
• To ensure all operator comply with personal hygiene requirements.
• To ensure product and process comply with specification.
• To conduct verification in every line start-up from packaging, sticker, process and finish goods.
• To collect sampling in production line every 2 hours from start until end of production, also sample request from superior.
• To report production progress to QC superior and complete the WIP form with actual time and process.
• To check and verify packing activities.
• To conduct Seal Integrity test, conductivity testing, Initial Temperature checking, Volume test, Ultra snap swab at Milk line.
• To verify Metal Detection setting within specification before start of production, every 2 hours and last of production every day.
• To calibrate pH meter and conductivity Meter daily before start up.
• To verify weighing balance before use by production.
• To conduct Swab test on production equipment.
• To monitoring all GMP in production area.
• To perform monthly Glass and Brittle Plastic checking.
• To collect all production sampling from trial run product.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPTM or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
• Preferably to have experience in related field and familiar with GMP and HACCP
• Good command of Bahasa & English (spoken and written)
• Good personality, responsible, self-initiative, can work in team and independently.
