Dreams Language Academy, Malaysia’s largest online Japanese training center. We're looking for a creative & passionate Content Creator & Social Media Executive to make our brand more visible and grow our awesome Japanese learning community

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly content ideas according to internal campaigns & events
• Explore and keep yourself updated to the latest trends & issue
• Come out with your wildest and craziest story board ideas
• Shoot & edit your own masterpiece (videos) (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Post it on our Socmed platforms
• Manage & engage with our Socmed’s raving fans comments & DMs
• To update daily & weekly Socmed performance analysis & strategic reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Able to spot latest trends to ride on
• You're confident and comfortable on camera
• You've got a constant flow of ideas and aren't afraid to try new formats
• You move fast, don't wait around for detailed instructions
• Strong communication (Bahasa Malaysia and English)
• You love attention & engage with people
• Genuinely passionate about content creation, not just capable of it

Work Mode:

• Working Hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM, including alternate weekend support (half-day)
• Location: Office-based (Wangsa Maju, KL - near LRT Sri Rampai station)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month (depends on experience)
