Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • To create and write exciting, punchy content suitable for the website, including rewriting/editing contents.
  • Assist to improve navigation on a website to provide an excellent user experience.
  • To keep key content areas of the website fresh and dynamic by seeking out new copy, imagery, audio and video materials.
  • To ensure all website content is accurate, accessible, consistent and up-to-date by systematically checking and updating web pages and also by removing information on a timely basis.
  • To respond promptly to inquiries from the web audience, either received directly from the website or as referrals from members of staff.
  • To produce monthly reports evaluating the effectiveness of the websites and social media channels and make recommendations for improvements.
  • To maintain accurate and relevant information on hotel website.
  • To produce monthly reports evaluating the effectiveness of the websites and social media channels and make recommendations for improvements.
  • To work with other areas of the business on project related activities that require, redevelopment or deployment of a new web content/functionality.
  • Working knowledge to use data from web tracking tools like Google Analytics to check the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and to provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Knowledge of website technology such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints is an added advantage.
  • To provide training and support to enable user to input content and produce relevant documentation.
  • To handle all assignments in relation to all graphic works and design
  • To attend to layout designs/negatives, positives, FA, visuals work for advertisement purposes in news media, magazines, brochures, etc
  • To attend to all poster designs and painting works
  • To create digital backdrop for function and events.
  • To perform any additional duties and responsibilities as and when required by the Management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
