Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated Accounts Executive to support the daily accounting and finance operations of the company. You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handling bookkeeping functions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures and regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting data entry and prepare Journal Vouchers.
• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Monitor payments, invoices, and collections.
• Support tax, audit, and compliance-related matters.
• Work closely with other departments on finance-related tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as AutoCount and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
