E-Commerce & Affiliate Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Affiliate Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team!

This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing affiliate activities and supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce marketing team.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage and review affiliate sample requests across e-commerce platforms.

* Coordinate product sample arrangements for affiliates and content creators.

* Follow up on sample request status and ensure timely processing and fulfilment.

* Maintain and update affiliate, creator, and sample request records.

* Assist in sourcing and reaching out to potential affiliates and content creators.

* Communicate and follow up with affiliates and content creators when required.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product sample fulfilment.

* Assist with daily e-commerce marketing operations across platforms.

* Monitor basic affiliate activities and performance.

* Prepare simple reports and maintain relevant marketing records.

* Support other marketing campaigns, projects, and administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* No prior working experience is required; training and guidance will be provided.

* Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

* Basic knowledge of TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, or other social media platforms.

* Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, or influencer marketing will be an added advantage.

* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

* Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
