Engineering & Technical Support

• Analyse customer applications and recommend technically appropriate repair and protection solutions.
• Review technical information, drawings, specifications, photographs and site conditions.
• Provide technical advice to customers, sales personnel, field engineers, contractors and applicators.
• Conduct site visits and surveys for new and existing applications.
• Assist with engineering calculations, technical evaluations and application assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations and application documentation.
• Support complex or critical applications and coordinate with technical specialists when required.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems at customer sites.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with applicable engineering requirements, specifications and recognized standards where relevant, including ISO and ASME requirements.
• Support project execution and provide technical assistance during product application when required.

Technical Sales & Business Development

• Support the Sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Understand customer problems and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions with customers and identify potential applications for MCIS solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations to customers, consultants, contractors and end users.
• Participate in customer meetings, sales presentations, technical seminars and product demonstrations.
• Support preparation of technical proposals, quotations, application recommendations and presentations.
• Follow up on technical enquiries and convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Develop strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Assist the Sales team in developing key accounts and expanding market opportunities.
• Attend exhibitions, seminars, conferences, customer events and technical training programmes.
• Support sales activities throughout Malaysia and, where required, Singapore and Brunei.

Customer Presentations & Demonstrations

• Present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct product demonstrations and practical application demonstrations.
• Explain technical concepts, product benefits, application methods and limitations in a clear and commercially relevant manner.
• Adapt presentations according to the audience, from maintenance personnel and engineers to procurement teams and senior management.
• Represent MCIS professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars and industry events.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

• Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
