Job Summary

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and delivering ICT products, rental solutions, and services to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Present and promote ICT products, rental solutions, and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Plan and organize daily sales activities and customer visits.
• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the rental contract period.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the CRM system.
• Keep up to date with the latest ICT products and attend product training when required.
• Prepare and update weekly sales reports and pipeline progress.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the ICT or technology industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess your own transportation and are willing to travel for client meetings.
