Ready to turn classroom ideas into real product campaigns? By working with us at Leapfrog Distribution Sdn Bhd, you'll help bring practical hardware tech to Malaysian retailers and customers through clear, useful marketing.As a Marketing Intern you'll build hands-on campaigns, visual content, and retail displays that help products reach shelf and screen. You will own small projects end-to-end and learn distribution-focused marketing in a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

Content & Creative

• Create social posts, short videos, and product photos under guidance for use in campaigns and listings.
• Assist with basic video editing and photo retouching to meet brand standards.

Merchandising & Retail Support

• Support visual merchandising by preparing displays, planograms, and shelf layouts for stores and demos.
• Coordinate product samples and promotional materials between suppliers and retail partners.

Insights & Admin

• Track simple campaign metrics and compile weekly summaries to show learnings and next steps.
• Help with campaign scheduling, asset filing, and light administrative tasks to keep projects moving.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.
• No prior experience required, approximately 0 years expected, with a willingness to learn and take on practical tasks.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Merchandising and Visual Merchandising knowledge or strong interest.
• Basic Digital Marketing skills, including social media content and simple analytics.
• Video Editing and Photography experience or familiarity with common capture and editing tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset when working with sales and retail teams.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage small tasks with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
