Nadi Intelek (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a growing Early Intervention and Autism Therapy Centre established in 2015. As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Payroll professional to join our Human Resources team.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing their career in Human Resources, Payroll and HR Administration, with opportunities to gain hands-on exposure to payroll processing, employee records, statutory matters and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the monthly payroll process using the Infotech Payroll System.
• Monitor staff attendance, payroll information, claims and salary-related records.
• Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and Zakat submissions and payments.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, payslips, EA Forms, CP8D and other payroll-related documents.
• Maintain accurate and confidential physical and digital payroll records.
• Monitor payroll-related budgets, financial records and staff claims.
• Manage Infotech, EPF, SOCSO and other relevant statutory portals and ensure timely submissions.
• Support the preparation and updating of HR & Payroll SOPs, memos and related documentation.
• Coordinate payroll-related statutory, licensing and administrative matters when required.
• Provide support for HR and recruitment activities when required.

Reporting to: Human Resource Administration Manager, subject to current organisational structure and reporting arrangements.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
