Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Process Improvement
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization.
- SAP Solution Support
- Support the design of SAP solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements.
- Agile Product Delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams on backlogs, releases, and Agile ceremonies.
- Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Testing & UAT
- Define acceptance criteria, support test planning and UAT, and validate delivered functionality.
- Backlog Management
- Manage and refine epics, features, user stories, and backlog items based on business priorities.
- SAP Process Support
- Support subscription lifecycle processes including order entry, billing, and contract management in SAP.
- Defect Resolution
- Support defect analysis and resolution to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive process optimization, automation, standardization, and SAP innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP Business Analysis
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst working in SAP environments.
- SAP Modules
- Knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO modules and related business processes.
- Agile Methodologies
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Requirements Engineering
- Strong experience with requirements engineering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Process Analysis
- Experience analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes.
- SAP Implementations
- Familiarity with SAP implementation projects, data migration, and SAP application landscapes.
- SAP Integration
- Experience working with SAP integrations and interconnected enterprise systems.
- Stakeholder Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Jira & Confluence
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, with an ownership mindset focused on delivering business value.
