Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning: develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans for decorative finish installations.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to align on specifications and resolve on-site challenges.
• Monitor project progress, conduct quality checks, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of materials and vendor contracts to stay within budget and deadlines.
• Document all project phases, including photos, logs, and compliance records for our sustainable practices.
• Support the team in post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Bachelor's in Project Management, Construction, or related field.
• 1-3 years in project coordination, preferably in construction, interiors, or design firms.
• Solid understanding of project management principles; certification (e.g., PMP) is a bonus.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English for clear communication with diverse teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in project software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD basics) and MS Office Suite.
