Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources & Administration Manager to join our team in Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our manufacturing facility. This role requires a deep understanding of local labor laws, government procedures, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing personnel, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of government-related submissions, permits, and reports.
• Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, safety protocols, and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate with local government agencies and stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment in Malaysia.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, government regulations, documentation standards, and operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, with a meticulous and organized approach to tasks.
• Excellent professional ethics and a responsible, proactive work attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
