We're looking for a Project Leader to join our Processing and Imaging team in Kuala Lumpur. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Malaysia.
In this exciting role, you’ll lead a team of talented processing geophysicists, driving both people and project success. You’ll set the standard for excellence, ensuring our expertise is applied effectively to meet client and business objectives. Beyond project delivery, you’ll foster a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing culture that helps your team grow their skills, careers, and confidence while contributing to best practices across the organisation.
Technically Speaking…
You'll hold a degree in Geophysics, Physics, or a related scientific discipline, with strong experience in Time and Depth Imaging.
As a Project Leader within the Processing & Imaging (P&I) team, you will lead the successful delivery of seismic processing and imaging projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, technical excellence, and client satisfaction. You will take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution, overseeing quality control processes, approving key technical decisions, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, leading project reviews and presentations while fostering strong relationships through professional communication and a commitment to excellence. Working closely with global P&I teams, software developers, R&D, Sales, and IT/HPC groups, you will drive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of best practices and innovative technologies that enhance project performance and operational efficiency.
