Events Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing of multiple items for vendors’ evaluation
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as part of events planning and management, which includes logistical arrangements, logo clearances and other administrative tasks
• Support the Events Team in liaising, planning, administration, post-event wrap-up for events
• Support on-site event operations, including venue set-up, ushering, registration, AV support, ad-hoc photography, and pigeonhole management.
• Assist with physical event set-up and turnover works

Skills and Competencies

• Can-do attitude, positive personality, growth mindset to learn on the go.
• Organisation skills to be able to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Problem Solving & Initiative to troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Basic skills for Microsoft Suite, Zoom.

Minimum internship period of 3 months is preferred
