Infosys BPM Hiring! Full Time HR Analyst - Payroll Process Executive (6 months contract) in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting in APAC market;
• Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
• Support payroll and benefits processes in accordance with new policies or changes in laws and regulations;
• Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the finance team and assist with internal and external audits;
• Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to contracts and service level agreements (SLAs);
• Develop relationships with authorities, including social security, tax, and others;
• Partner and work collaboratively with HR business partners and the HR operations team to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years of experience in in-house payroll operation;
• Hands-on, strong functional knowledge of payroll and tax knowledge of APAC region;
• Proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll verification and checking skills;
• Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities;
• Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work under 6 months contract
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
