Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Communicate with Client Account Holders and Account Managers to understand clients' hiring requirements and talent expectations.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on JobStreet and other recruitment or sourcing platforms, as well as draft job descriptions and recruitment advertisements for various positions.
- Source, screen, and identify suitable candidates based on clients' requirements.
2. Candidate Sourcing Excellence & Management
- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through networking, advertising, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including Client briefing, Candidate shortlisting, Interview coordination and Offer negotiation and follow-up reminders via messaging platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and support each other's success.
3. Recruitment Administration & Reporting
- Update ATS about recruitment progress, reports and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure proper recruitment documentation is well maintained in ATS and storage drive.
- Support the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documents of candidate for internal validation and verification for Finance billing purposes.
4. Onboarding Support
- Prepare pre-employment documents and coordinate background checks.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes to provide data-driven insights.
6. Hiring Target Achievement & Team Collaboration
- Support recruitment activities and assist in achieving hiring targets.
- Provide hands-on support to the recruitment team as needed, contributing to the delivery of high-quality candidate placements.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but Diploma holders with relevant experience and SPM/STPM holders with strong recruitment track records are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), with exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.
Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with BPO, Banking, Fintech, Retail, or Professional Services is an advantage.
Sourcing Skills
- Proficient in using job portals (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking for talent sourcing.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools.
Communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
