Responsibilities
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise and train staff in customer service, cashiering, food preparation and hygiene.
Prepare staff schedules and assist with manpower planning and deployment.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training.
Monitor sales, service quality and staff performance.
Manage stock ordering, receiving, replenishment and stocktaking.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and cleanliness standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with mall management on promotions and sales opportunities.
Support other outlets and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
