Ant International Hiring! Full Time Sales Strategy - Operations Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will support the Malaysia sales team in executing sales strategies defined by regional leadership. You will implement localized initiatives, analyze Malaysia market performance, and ensure the team has necessary tools and incentive plans to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Process Execution: Execute sales process optimizations for Malaysia market. Adapt regional playbooks to local context. Support CRM and sales enablement tools implementation.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and assess competitor positioning to inform the development of targeted sales initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
• KPI/OKR Management: Facilitate and regularly review allocation of sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics with sales leadership.
• Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with BI, CRM and data team to maintain sales dashboard and reporting system, tracking KPIs (e.g. turnover, active users, revenue etc.).
• Commission Calculation: Coordinate with data team to calculate monthly and quarterly commission. Manage approval process to ensure accurate and timely payment.
• Local Coordination: Coordinate with Malaysia cross-functional stakeholders. Participate in regional meetings, providing Malaysia market input.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between sales and cross-functions (BI, Finance, Product etc.) to facilitate resolution and delivery of initiatives.

Job requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in sales operations, business analysis, or operational roles in tech organisation.
• Strong SQL query experience a plus
• Good project management skills with proven record of executing projects.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work with diverse local stakeholders.
• Good understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems.
• Ability to execute with minimal guidance under an environment with high degree of change or ambiguity
