Job Summary

Assist the Finance Department with daily accounting and finance activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes.
• Record and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Verify invoices, payment documents, and supporting documents.
• Assist with payment processing and supplier reconciliation.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Support the Finance Manager in daily finance and accounting tasks.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
