Job Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, skin analysis, and aesthetic services
• Assist with aesthetic treatments such as Dermal Fillers, Botox, RF, IPL, laser hair removal etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle appointment scheduling and customer follow-up
• Ensure all treatments are performed according to company SOP and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Clinic Manager to support the efficient operation of the clinic.

Requirements

• Experience in Aesthetic industry preferred
• Knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional, well-groomed, and responsible
