Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the full examination lifecycle, including examination scheduling, assessment preparation, invigilator coordination, and post-examination processes for various academic programmes.
• Liaise with academic staff, university partners, vendors, invigilators, and internal stakeholders to ensure examinations are conducted accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Oversee examination operations by managing examination materials, student records, examination systems, and ensuring smooth onsite or online examination sessions while addressing operational issues when required.
• Support examination board activities, moderation processes, results administration, graduation updates, and examination-related procurement and administrative matters within stipulated timelines.
• Assist in planning and implementing examination processes for new academic programmes while continuously supporting operational improvements and other assigned administrative duties.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with relevant experience in examination administration, education operations, or a similar coordination role preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and flexible to support additional working hours during examination periods, with time-off in lieu provided accordingly.
