Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and ensure execution of activities to drive sales and traffic to ecommerce platforms

• Manage and ensure smooth flow of daily operations

• Manage all online communications including website and social media platforms.

• Prepare and analyse reports to improve sales and traffic

• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments

Requirements:

• Preferably experience with E-Commerce platforms, digital marketing, and social media

• A passion for toy industry with strong product knowledge, understanding of E-Commerce, digital marketing and logistics/inventory principles

• Computer proficiency and internet savvy: fast learner in programs and web tools

• Proficiency with Canva application, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and all social media platforms including TikTok.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong customer relationship skills.

• A team player with the ability to work proactively and independently

• Display strong written and verbal communication skills in English, interpersonal and decision-making skills
  

Package:

• 5-day work week (Mon-Fri 8.00am: 5.45pm)
• Working location at Kaki Bukit Area
