Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee daily cleaning operations for assigned sites
  • Assign work schedules and deployment of cleaning staff to clients
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and standards
  • Handle client requirements, complaints and service requests
    Perform QC checks and submit cleaning reports to clients
  • Ensure cleaning materials, equipment and PPE are well maintained
  • Need to work on weekends/public holiday.
  • Most of the time need to work late.
  • Physically fit – the role requires walking, lifting, bending, and other physical abilities
  • Computer literacy advantageous
  • Willingly to travel island wide
  • Work with members of other teams as required.
