Job Summary

Oversee media strategy, PR outreach, and brand reputation across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MCF’s comprehensive media and communications strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement
• Manage media partnerships and press relations to build strong industry connections and positive public perception
• Lead and coordinate content, social media, and performance marketing teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns
• Monitor and analyze platform trends and emerging formats to innovate communication approaches and maintain competitive edge
• Provide regular reports to leadership on brand health metrics and identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights
• Implement crisis communication plans to protect and manage brand reputation during critical situations

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in media, PR, or digital marketing, including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles
• Established network with Singapore media and industry partners essential for effective media relations
• Proven storytelling and crisis management skills to handle sensitive communications effectively
