Responsibilities:

• Support in client servicing tasks.
• Assist in preparing client-facing documents such as proposals, schedules, and presentations.
• Attend client meetings when required to take notes and track action items.
• Assist in following up with clients on confirmations, information, and simple requests.
• Maintain professionalism in all client communications (email, WhatsApp, phone).
• Assist in preparing event materials, logistics, printing and equipment.
• Support site recce preparation and checklist compilation.
• Ensure assigned event items are prepared according to brief.
• Support coordination with operations and vendors as instructed.
• Relay instructions clearly to suppliers and crew.
• Follow up on task status and report progress to supervisor.
• Assist during setup, event day, and teardown.
• Support registration, guest flow, and basic event operations.
• Handle simple on-site issues and escalate when required.
• Assist with preparation of brief/production forms and checklists.
• Organise project files. invoices, and event documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties related to events.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Integrated Events & Project Management or related field.
• 0-1 year of working experience in events, marketing or related support roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Willingness to learn and take instructions.
• Good attitude, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Basic communication skills (spoken and written).
• Able to work long hours, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Comfortable with on-site event work and physical setup tasks.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
