Registered Nurse (Orthopaedic Surgery Clinic)

We are a well-established Orthopaedic Surgery Clinic located in the heart of Novena Medical Hub, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred orthopaedic care. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Orthopaedic Surgeons during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care and patient education.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, suture removal, and cast/splint assistance where required.
• Coordinate surgery scheduling, patient admissions, and follow-up appointments.
• Assist with insurance, Medisave, and financial counselling when necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Manage clinic inventory, medical supplies, and specialised orthopaedic equipment.
• Uphold the highest standards of infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Previous experience in Orthopaedics, Operating Theatre, Specialist Clinics, Day Surgery, or Surgical Nursing will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
