About the Roles

Join a metal components manufacturer as a Maintenance Technician based in MacPherson, East Singapore. This is a permanent role on a 5-day work week, with alternate shifts from 7am to 4.30pm or 9am to 6.30pm, and a future PM shift from 1.30pm to 11.00pm. The role offers a salary package of up to SGD 2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus, with exposure to machinery maintenance, equipment setup, and production support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Repair, adjust, fabricate, and maintain machinery, equipment, and production accessories to support smooth operations.
• Set up new machinery under the guidance of Company technical personnel.
• Plan and prepare supporting infrastructure, including power conversion for 110V U.S. equipment, air piping, cable routing, and machinery platforms.
• Monitor machinery performance and support continuous improvement in safe and efficient equipment operations.
• Train and guide operators on the proper use and handling of machinery and equipment.
• Support the Production Manager by providing technical advice on production process-related matters.
• Contribute technical and engineering input to quality-related initiatives.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to the Company Engineering Department on new machinery performance.
• Carry out other relevant ad hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in machinery maintenance, production equipment setup, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial or production machinery will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with U.S.-standard equipment, including 110V power systems, will be beneficial.
• Must be able to commit to a future PM shift from 1.30pm to 11.00pm.
