Duty & Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and support in overseeing daily production activities.
• Check and verify production data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure output meets quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure achievement of shift production targets and control all production activities.
• Ensure the machine is in good working condition and report any abnormalities.
• Enforce compliance with QMS, EHS, Best Way Practices, ISCC and 5S activities among all workers.
• Coach and brief subordinates based on work orders and any special production requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
• Able to work in a hot and noisy environment.
• Possess strong communication and leadership skills.
